Information collected

Inquiry forms may collect a name, business email, company, website URL, business type, requested service, primary market, business goal, visibility problem, timeline, budget range, optional public app-store URLs, message, consent, and limited campaign context. Security controls may process a shortened or hashed network identifier for rate limiting.

How information is used

Information is used to assess fit, reply to inquiries, prepare a relevant audit scope, prevent abuse, improve the website, and maintain required business records.

Legal basis and consent

Inquiry data is processed to respond to a request and take steps toward a possible service agreement. Optional analytics loads only after a visitor records consent where analytics is configured.

Service providers

Hosting, authenticated email, spam protection, and consent-based analytics providers may process limited data under their own terms. Public forms do not request passwords, API keys, login codes, private customer data, source code, or confidential analytics exports.

Retention

Unqualified inquiries are removed when no longer needed. Active project, contractual, tax, accounting, and security records may be retained for legitimate operational or legal requirements.

Security

The application uses HTTPS, output escaping, server-side validation, CSRF protection, origin checks, duplicate-submission protection, rate limits, restricted configuration, and protected logs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
