Engagement.
1. Agreement
By using our website, tools, or services, you agree to these Terms. Each project will have a separate Statement of Work (SOW) outlining deliverables, timeline, and fees.
2. Intellectual Property (IP)
You own all code, designs, and deliverables. Gadzooks Solutions assigns all IP rights to the client upon final payment. We build for your long-term ownership, not our vendor lock-in.
3. Warranty & Support
We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty for all production builds. This covers critical bug fixes and performance tuning. Extended maintenance retainers are available upon request.
4. Liability & Termination
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable. Termination requires written notice; clients are responsible for work completed up to the date of notice.
