Service scope
Technical SEO, content, digital PR, AI search, SaaS SEO, ASO, audits, and implementation are delivered only as stated in an approved written scope. Inputs, access, deliverables, review points, exclusions, and timelines must be confirmed before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful access, timely approvals, and evidence that supplied data, assets, claims, logos, screenshots, analytics, and materials may be used for the engagement.
Payments and scheduling
Fees, deposits, taxes, refunds, cancellation, and capacity reservation are controlled by the approved proposal or payment terms. No website page creates a fixed price commitment.
Changes and revisions
New markets, platforms, deliverables, creative direction, engineering work, research, or access requirements may require a scope change.
Intellectual property
Final usage rights begin after required payment and follow the project agreement. Gadzooks retains rights in pre-existing methods, templates, tools, and general knowledge. Client property remains with its lawful owner.
No performance guarantee
Gadzooks does not guarantee rankings, indexation, AI citations, app-store featuring, installs, leads, pipeline, revenue, platform approval, or account availability.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, confidential, fake-review, fake-office, rented-account, concealed-link, guaranteed-return, or platform-manipulation projects.
Governing terms
The governing law, contracting identity, postal details, and dispute process are stated in the approved proposal or service agreement for each paid engagement.
